🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Custom-made or personalized merchandise

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defect)

📦 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost unless:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost returns.

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours to resolve the situation — by replacing the item, issuing a refund, or offering store credit.


Late or Missing Orders

If your package is delayed or hasn’t arrived, please:

  • Check your tracking number (sent via email upon shipment)
  • Allow extra time for customs clearance if international
  • Contact our support if the tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ business days

We’ll help investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
